Drew Glass

Drew Glass is a former law enforcement officer with a decade of experience specializing in recruitment, training, and crisis response. Throughout his career, he served as a recruiter, background investigator, and member of both the Disaster Response Team and Mobile Field Force. As an experienced Field Training Officer (FTO) and Academy Instructor, Drew has trained officers in DUI enforcement, emergency vehicle operations, Below 100 safety principles, and crisis intervention.

Holding a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Homeland Security, Drew brings a deep understanding of public safety, emergency management, and law enforcement operations. Outside of his professional expertise, he enjoys puzzles, hiking, camping, rock climbing, and watching Survivor. Passionate about officer safety and training, Drew continues to share his knowledge to support law enforcement professionals.
