The ASP Identifier Hinge Ultra Plus Cuffs (Steel Bow) are color-coded versions of our revolutionary, forged aluminum frame restraints and National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) "Member Tested and Recommended" Gold Award Winner. These handcuffs feature advanced materials and construction unmatched by any other restraint system.
