The TRU-SPEC H2O Proof Law Enforcement Parka is constructed from a triple-layered fabric that provides superior windproof and waterproof protection while ensuring breathability. Features an Advanta™ inner lining for added comfort, and a removable Polar Fleece liner that serves as a standalone lightweight jacket. Incorporates Bemis seam tapes for enhanced waterproofing. Other features include a stowable hood, detachable ID tabs, and access to duty belt.
