Galls OnCall™ Program guarantees shipment of eligible goods within 5 business days or it's FREE. The price of the items, tax, and shipping will be reimbursed as a credit to your account to be used towards a future Galls purchase. To initiate this credit, you must be an eligible Galls OnCall customer and submit for reimbursement within 30 days of placing your order by filling out and submitting the form below.

Customers may view the shipped date by referring to the Order Status email that will note the date in which the item leaves Galls' Lexington facility or may call customer service to provide the shipping detail.
