Ops-Core FAST SF Next Gen Headborne Ballistic Helmet System

The Ops-Core FAST SF Next Generation Headborne Ballistic Helmet System delivers elite-level ballistic protection in Ops-Core’s lightest FAST helmet platform to date. Designed to meet NIJ 0106.01 and NIJ 0108.01 Level IIIA standards, the FAST SF provides 9mm protection with a shell weight as low as 1.23 lbs in size Large, reducing overall system weight by approximately 10% compared to its predecessor. The system integrates three advanced subsystems: the next-generation FAST SF ballistic shell, the LockDown Liner System, and the Head-Loc Flex retention system. The LockDown Liner features customizable padding, moisture-wicking fabric, and reticulated foam to support airflow and comfort while stabilizing heavier VAS and NVG systems. A conformable nape pad and cable Occ-Dial system enhance rear stability and improve fit across head shapes. The convertible Head-Loc Flex chin cup can be worn over or under the chin for adaptability, eliminating the need for most mask extenders. The PowerPath ARC Rail system provides lightweight accessory mounting with protected NVG cable routing, while the Modular Bungee Shroud improves retention and reduces snag hazards. Built for extreme environmental resistance and operational durability, the FAST SF helmet system delivers high-performance protection without excess weight.
