The Peerless hinged handcuff in a color finish. The Model 851C hinged design provides additional restraint by more effectively restricting hand and arm movement. The 851C is slightly larger then standard handcuffs to fit larger wrists. The 851C incorporates spun rivet construction with a push pin double lock. Two keys supplied. The Model 851C is National Institute of Justice 0307.01 certified and comes with a lifetime warranty for manufacturer defect. Available in blue, red, orange, yellow and pink colors.  Made in USA.
