Backordered Items
What backordered means
An item is marked as backordered when it is temporarily sold out due to high demand. You can still place your order, and the item will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
What to expect
- Most backordered items ship within 30 days
- Estimated ship dates may change based on supplier availability
- You will receive tracking information once the item ships
- We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays
Why backorders happen
Backorders typically occur when demand exceeds current inventory. This allows you to reserve the item without needing to reorder later once it’s back in stock.
Important notes
- Backordered items may ship separately from in-stock items
- Expedited shipping options may be limited
- Your order will continue to move forward as inventory becomes available
