The OTB Men's Pirata Mid Boots are designed for professionals who need dependable footwear for above-waterline tactical operations and rapid transitions through wet environments. Built by the original designers of the Altama Maritime Assault Boot, the Pirata Mid combines water-friendly construction with durable support for patrol, training, maritime, and field use. A full-length Fusion Plate adds shank rigidity for climbing and load-bearing stability, while the lightweight Future Foam midsole provides running shoe-like cushioning under the weight of a full ruck. Quick-drying air mesh, non-absorbent foam, drain ports, and a removable Contoura Insite footbed help shed water fast, while 1000D Cordura side panels and a Grip Stik rubber outsole deliver abrasion resistance and traction on wet surfaces.
