The Galls Executive Team

Larry Dismukes, is the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Larry joined the company in 2007. He directly manages Galls' Financial, Accounting, Inventory Management, and California Retail teams and is also responsible for providing leadership to the ARAMARK Uniform Career & Apparel Accounting Shared Services team located in Lexington.

Larry is a graduate of Georgia State University with a B.B.A in Accounting and he also is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He joins Galls from Russell Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia where he was the Vice President of Corporate Strategic Development. Larry also previously served as the Vice President of Business Process Improvement for Russell. Prior to his time with Russell, Larry served as Interim General Manager and as CFO/VP of Finance for the Spaulding Group. He also held significant leadership positions with Jerzees Activewear as Controller and Director of Financial Planning.

Jenny Super, is Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Customer Management. Jenny joined the company in 2006. In this role she is responsible for Sales, Merchandising, Advertising, E-Commerce and Customer Service functions. Jenny brings significant Direct Marketing experience to this role.

Prior to joining ARAMARK Galls, Jenny served in a leadership role at The Hershey Company as the Director of Hershey Gifts where she was responsible for the development and execution of the business strategies that resulted in double-digit sales and profit improvement. Prior to the Hershey Company, Jenny held the position of General Manager of Equine Catalogs with PETsMART, and with Sara Lee Corporation, in several key marketing roles within the Wolferman’s division. She has been instrumental in driving double-digit sales and profit growth as well as supporting the multi-channel brand strategy for retail and internet. She has served on the DMA programming advisory committees over the years, participated on numerous panel discussions, and received industry recognition for her marketing leadership efforts, most notable was being named the 1992 U.S. Young direct Marketer of the Year sponsored by Kobs & Draft Advertising. Additionally, she served as the President of the Kansas City Direct Marketing Association in 1995.

Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Kansas City and a Master of Business Administration from Rockhurst University, also in Kansas City.

L. Daryl Smith, is Vice President of Human Resources and Training for Galls. Daryl joined the company in February 2008. In this role, Daryl has direct responsibility for all human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, health and wellness, employee communications, diversity and succession planning. He is also responsible for all training activities including product, sales, distribution and customer service training, as well as leadership and organizational development.

Daryl is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a B.S. in Business Administration. He also has an MBA at Washington University at St. Louis. Daryl brings significant HR leadership experience to the Galls team. Prior to joining Galls, Daryl was the top HR executive for ESPN (a business unit of The Walt Disney Company) based in Bristol, CT. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Human Resources for Cox Communications cable and customer care operations in San Diego, CA. He also has HR leadership experience with Motorola, McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) and the Federal Reserve Banking System.
