Merchandise Returns

You don't even have to call us if you have a problem with the merchandise you've received. Simply follow the instructions on the reverse side of the packing slip that comes with your order. Galls provides a pre-addressed label for you to affix to the package. If you don't have your packing slip, download, print and complete the online form, place the item in the original packaging, then place in a second box to prevent damage. Make sure to include your name, address, order number and daytime phone so that your return can be processed. Please insure your package in case it is lost or damaged.
