This deodorizer works
September 26, 2016

Used the deodorizer before a long 14hr shift kept the vest from smelling like a old pair of gym socks.

Would have been nice if the bottle came with a spray nozzle

Gets the stink out.
September 10, 2014

I have tried various ways to de-funk my body armor. I've tried the usual ways; baking soda, power, washing as directed, dryer sheets, colognes, Febreeze, lysol spray, etc. none of which work. I used the ArmorPur (wey both panels and let it sit). My next shift, there was no more stank. I got hot and sweaty as usual, but it didn't get smelly. I use one spray on each panel after work and let it dry. I've used on my dog kennel too. Seems to work pretty well. It does not have a heavy scent, and does not mask the odors. It seems to kill the bacteria that causes the bad smells. I don't know if it's biological or chemical, but it seems to get at the source of the odor. I wish it were a little cheaper though.

It just works great. Gets rid of the vest smell. I think I tried every usual thing. Also I use the Armorpur laundry fine wash for my dog blankets. Really nice.
