I have had this bag for about 3 years now. Like the other reviews mine got flimsy with time. I installed some hard plastic file holders cut to fit in order to correct this. The only other issue is with the new cars. A Crown Vic seat is larger allowing the bottom to fold out and rest on the seat. In a Taurus the bag hangs over the edge of the seat.
I bought this bag 3 years ago and really liked how functional it was from the word "go". over time however, the walls of the bag started to flex and loose its shape causing the bag to be extra flimsy and loose. if the walls of the bag and the dividers were more rigidized this bag would have gotten 5 stars from me. hands down worth the purchase.
Both zippers on this bag broke within a year of my purchase. For the price you pay for this bag, you can get a better quality war bag at a cheaper price.
I have used this bag for about 2 years now and it is the perfect side kick for travel and duty. The orgainization this bag has it perfect because it allows the user to customize based on their needs. A must have if you on patrol.
