This softshell jacket is made in partnership with Officer Autumn. Autumn Clifford is a police officer who suffered from a career ending injury and faced extreme adversity during this. Autumn is now a part time officer and has been life coaching first responders in an effort to help their mental and emotional wellness. She takes a more unconventional approach in teaching first responders how to reduce stress and deal with the hyper vigilance roller coaster they face in order to lead happier, more productive lives on or off duty. 

With an embroidered “Be the Change” tagline, this jacket represents being a part of the change of a positive mindset and emotional survival in the first responder culture.

The Galls Men’s “Be the Change” Soft Shell Jacket is an all-around, all-purpose jacket that’s built with the public safety professional in mind. Its water-resistant soft-shell fabric works to shield the wearer from the elements for lightweight warmth while the adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs permit a more customized fit. The back of this softshell jacket features a vented cape for continuous air circulation throughout the garment, increasing its breathability. The sides include 10-inch side zippers to not only provide additional ventilated comfort, but also speedy access to a sidearm and other equipment. This tactical jacket also has two zippered slash pockets and a zippered chest pocket for practical storage of items such as keys, an ID or cell phone.
