BEST BOOTS ON THE MARKET!!!
As an EMT I depend on good boots when I work. I have gone through many different boots until I was told to go with Rocky. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! These boots are great no matter what your profession. However, I have a few tips: since these boots are all leather they don't vent very well which can lead to some bad ordors after a long day, plus the insoles can wear after about 6 months. Buy some new, good insoles and also some ordor eaters (or whatever) and the smell will dissapear, plus the boots will feel like SLIPPERS!! Also, if you like the toes and heels to have a good shine, purchase a product called leather luster and apply them to the toes and heels. It works great and keeps a high gloss shine looking very professional!

Work, fire, flooding no problem!
I have been in the Navy for three years and have just recently had to replace these boots. I am on my feet for hours a day and fought fires and flooding on the ship and these boots stood the test. Although steel toe would be nice.

Great Boots
I bought these boots 6 months ago and I'm on duty 12 to 16 hrs as a Navy mp. My feet hurt at first but after they broke in it was like wearing my adidas. I also got a lot of compliments from co-workers and the public on and off base on how sharp they look and no matter how dirty they get just a little water and some polish and they're back to looking good. I recommend everyone to buy these boots.

Best Boot Out There!!!!
I am a Detention Officer, I am on my feet all day. The boots look brand new and I have had them for 2 years. I have a narrow heel and I tear the heck of the back of shoes. Not these!!! When and if they ever wear out I will get another pair.

Not happy
I cannot walk in snow as they asorb water like a sponge. They take two days to dry out. I have owned many pairs of rocky boots and will buy rocky again but beware of these.

Wonderful boots

Great boots to compliment the AF military BDU
This will be my second purchase on this boot. The first week of wear like most all leather boots was tough, but after that they were wonderful. I also recieved compliments on how sharp they looked from peers and that does not happen often. The toe shines up great!

Awesome Boots

Great Boot!!
I have worn this boot for going on nearly 3 yrs now, I have had great success with it. The only problem that I had was when I first got the boot it was a little too wide for my foot, I got some inserts for the boot and it fixed my problem.

From class A to class B
II love these boots. They can be the most beautiful boot in your class A or class B uniform. I am a correctional officer and I've been working in these boots for the last twelve months and they don't look like they have aged at all. With a quick polish about once a week you can never go wrong. The one down fall of these boots is that for the first week or so of wearing them they can be really rough on your feet, but once broken in there are no problems. I have recommended these boots to all of my co-workers and will buy my second pair once these are ready to retire.

These are like a pair of tennis shoes. I work in a hospital based EMS and when not on runs I'm on my feet for hours at a time. I wear them 4 days a week 12 hours a day. They are worth the money.

Good Boots
I'm in the coast guard and I like these boots. Just wish that they were steel toe and more waterproof. Once broken in they feel like sneakers, they also clean up very well. My command was very pleased with these boots.

Good over-all duty boot
As a police officer who spends time on his feet, this boot is very comfortable. The zipper is a great feature for easy on/off access. The only problem I encountered was that the left boot zipper is defective.

A great all-around boot with easy on-off zipper!
I have had many different boots, but these are one of the best! It only took a couple of hours of wear to break them in and the side zipper is great for getting them on and off in a hurry. The ankle support is excellent and the leather is very high quality. I would recommend these to anyone!

Comfortable, sturdy, easy on/off
I'm a paramedic and have worn same pair for 2 1/2 years (I figure about 5000+ hours). They still look good and professional too. Easily spit shined. I've been in sub zero to 100+ temps with 'em. I'll buy another pair someday.

Not the best for foot patrol
These boots are great for emt's and paramedics who don't have to walk around much, but they tore up the insides of my feet after wearing them for a four hour foot patrol.

Great Boots

Rocky boots have it going ON! I have owned several pair and used them for duty boots and hiking.
These boots are awesome! I have used them for duty work and I have hiked in them extensively through all kinds of terrain. The only downfall of the boot is that it is not waterproof. However, with some good water repellant applied to the boots one can remain relatively dry/mildly damp under extremely wet conditions.

Long-lasting boots

Great boot!
I've had my first pair for 4 years. Had them resoled on the 3rd year, now the stitching is finally giving up the ghost and one button has come off the tab closer. The only reason why I'm not still wearing them is the Cobbler cant restitch them as the seams have torn through. Great pair of boots, just bought myself another pair. I've bought other manufacturers that havent lasted near as long. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
