CQC™ (Close Quarters Concealment) holsters and accessories are strong, quiet and versatile. Molded from a blend of carbon fiber and impact-modified nylon, they deliver low maintenance and high performance in all weather environments.

This advanced material also provides the holsters with a sound-deadening performance not found in any other thermo-formed or injection molded holster, reducing the risk of giving yourself away before you're ready.

SERPA Technology® is a simple-to-use active retention system that automatically locks the weapon as you holster it. To release, just press the lock device on the outside of holster with your trigger finger. The unlocking device is positioned right where your finger naturally rests. There is no awkward middle finger release or thumb break to slow you down.

Passive retention system consists of a screw-adjustable detent that grabs the trigger guard of the pistol

Excellent Product
I have one for my Glock 27 off duty weapon. The holster comes with both paddle and with a attachment for a belt so it's really two holsters in one. The natural placement of the release button at the trigger finger is natural and well thought out. These Serpa Holsters are the best holsters out there I only wish we had them for regular duty as I now understand they make triple retention duty serpa's as well.

Great for non-uniformed officers
The holster looks great and is comfortable to wear with both the belt loops and the paddle features. The retention features provide just enough protection to keep your gun from falling out when you bend over. However, for detectives or other non-uniformed officers it is a good deal for the money.

Great holster all around!!!
This is overall an amazing holster for any gun. I use mine with my XD'Tactical .40 and it is great. As L.E. I would love to wear this! Not only paddle or belt but this can be attached to a platform which makes it even better! A+++

Great Holster
This holster looks great standing post or in a patrol unit. It keeps the weapon close for good retention and being a navy mp appearance means a lot because we are the first one people see when coming on base. I love how natural the release button is.

Very Good
I've had this holster for my Glock for more than a year. It's great. It holds the weapon tight and secure and rides very close to your body. I've never had an issue with concealment. I wear it almost everywhere when off duty.

The Best Around!
This holster is nothing short of the best around. My Glock fits perfectly and doesn't move even during the most rigorous tac training. I like that when you insert the firearm, you hear an audible 'click' when it is secure. The magazine latch is also very easy to reach and release if you find need for an administrative reload.

Finally, someone gets it right
I work in a plain clothes assignment and this is by far the best holster I have ever used. The weapon comes out swiftly, SILENTLY, and naturally yet it locks it in securely when it's holstered. Paddle/Belt option makes it a great value.

Broke during Weapons retention training.
I was teaching a class on weapons retention to 20 officer's. One grabbed my weapon wiith both hands. When I grabbed his hands and turned it broke at the rear screw point behind the trigger. He let go as soon as heard it snap. Real life they would not have let go. This was only 75% effort.

Mixed Feelings
We have several of these. They seem to work well and we like the retention feature on them. We have had 2-3 of the 20 we ordered broken in the first 18 months of use. The ones that broke were as the other user on here mentioned, behind the holster near the screw that attaches the holster to the paddle back. Another common complaint is the screws coming loose on the paddle back feature, but that is easily fixed with a phillips head. Same issue as the other user posted on here.

Best design and function for the money in a synthetic holster!
Fobus is a good holster but the design and function of this holster far exceeds Fobus. I got the Matt finish because it was cheaper. With the upgrades I've made to my 16 year old Glock 23 I look forward to many more years of service.

Great for SOME things
Good holster for open carry, keeps your wepon tight and I doubt it will ever move. Terrible when it comes to trying to conceal it.
