Functionable & Warm
November 29, 2015

My previous employment uses this Duty Jacket; I liked it sought it out for my current employment. The outer shell provides sufficient protection from the elements and is a great windbreaker. The liner is great for really cold winter days/nights and is easily removable for warmer weather. Great for use from Fall until Spring. The High visibility panels were great! When not in use you can stow/conceal them and use the duty jacket off duty.

Manufacturing problem
December 20, 2014

Purchased this coat for the reflective panel capability. The coat came had to call again for panels. Panels came and zippers were sown on backwards. Customer service struggled to understand. Ended up determining problem at factory. Returned coat for another and panels still don't work and Im on duty in freezing weather without a SOP coat !!! Planning on paying seamstress to fix as NO WAY am I going through all the trouble again to convince them they STILL don't have it right. If you want a coat with reflective panels look somewhere else.
