Expensive Vest Are Overated After Buying This One!!!!
This vest has been great. I've had it for over two years now and it's like brand new. It's cool in the summer and cleans very easily.

This is great.
I am a reserve officer for a small PD. They lent me an old Level II vest. This is half the weight, half the thickness, fits great, and worth every penny. It is comfortable and flexible and provides good coverage. Definately great for the money!!!

Great vest for the price!
The only two upgrades I suggest are #1 the "tails" could be longer so you can sit on it and that will help to keep the vest from riding up your back and #2, eyelets on the sides of the front panel so they will stay together while driving a 4x4 patrol vehicle especially off road.

This is a great buy!! My duty rig is heavier than the whole vest! I highly recommend the soft trauma pack with this vest for movability. You can not go wrong with this vest for the money!!

Definately a great buy for your safety
I do security in New York City and I'm a bouncer at night. There's no value on anyone's life out here. This vest is comfortable, very concealable and also has a great price. I recommend the vest to anyone, whether you're on your feet all day or in a patrol unit, it definately pays for itself. Other vests may compete but the price they can't touch!

Lifesaver for a few pennies!
As a K-9 Officer I am constantly moving around. I have to say that this vest is so light weight, the only way I know it's there is if someone pats me on the back. As a bigger guy (6'05" 315) I recommend this product to protect yourself with. Spend the few pennies and rest assured that your life is protected.

Great Feel
This is deff a vest for the bigger guys because of the extended sides. Once I got the straps set in good spots, my vest moves very little, and I often forget I'm wearing it. Molds comfortably to your body and is very comfy. Very good vest and makes you feel safe.

I have worn this vest for two years. I was issued a GH Armor vest by my department that cost twice as much as this, and ended up about half as comfortable. Not only is this vest cheap, I feel that it is better than my $700 vest.

Exceeded my expectations
I have never worn any vest before so I have no comparison or experience to compare to others, it was little akward to get use to it for first couple of weeks. I was little skeptical about quality of this product based on its price but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. This vest is great, sometimes I forget that I am even wearing it + soft trauma packs.

Outstanding Armor!
Great armor - lots of freedom of movement, very comfortable, great in the heat (so far). Need to wear "Under Armor" on really hot days, but seems OK for indoor use without. Just what I needed on the job!

I can never get a vest to fit right. This vest fits with no problem, it's not bulky, I have to say it is worth every penny. I had a IIA before this one and the IIIA is alot lighter then my old one. All together a great vets for the money.

I have had this vest for a couple of weeks now, only problem I have had is the construction of the velcro strap which I quickly sewed up and you MUST wear under armor or you will overheat in a heartbeat!

Beware When Sizing...
Just a note...when you order a 16" length, you get a 14". Galls subtracts 2 inches. I had to return mine...no problems returning it, though.
