Save your money.

Myself and another firefighter installed these sirens in our vehicles at about the same time. After about 6 months both keypads began to fail. The cost to replace the handheld unit isn't economical. Save your money and try another siren.

Overall nice unit but after minimal usage the handheld push buttons became temperamental and either would not turn on easily and/or not turn off. Troublesome. Was able to rectify somewhat by moving wig-wags from push button position to switch position for more positive on/off.

Great at first

Easy to hook up worked great for 6 months then the key pad began to fail one key at a time. It seems to cost almost as much to get a new key pad as to buy another one. Disappointed.

Great concept, poor quality in the push buttons. They don't work have the time or have to be pushed multiple times to come on/off. The telephone type connector doesn't stay tight and the microphone will only click unless you wiggle the cord at the box. Look else where!

I've had this siren for awhile. It is an amazing siren. Great features all in a handheld device. A+
