This set of tools is too time consuming and as Mike from Washington, DC stated requires "delicate" maneuvers. An officer would have to look at the book and find the proper tool and then try to identify the tool from the kit (they are not marked) and then read up on the procedure for the make/model, etc. This would be great for a locksmith who has the time and makes a living opening vehicle - but it's not practical for a police officer who has to handle lock-outs between more crucial calls.
Initially I to wanted to order the "Big Easy" and got this instead as "Gall's" doesn't carry it anymore.
It's going back for a refund.
