Comfortable, not durable.
April 03, 2015

This is a very comfortable boot. I've stood for an eight hour shift just directing traffic for events, and my feet were fine. They have great traction in the rain, snow, and ice. However, I've only owned them for a little over a year and the tread is worn bad and other parts of the boot (like the rear heal area) are fraying and splitting. For those of you interested in a boot to shine... This one can shine up nice, but it takes some love. I may buy them again purely for the comfort of the boot.

Good boot. They are not insulated but the clerk in the store suggested Under Armour insulated socks, I got 5 pairs for $20. Plus I also got 2 free pairs of socks with the boots. I have excellent traction in the snow and ice I haven't slipped at all. The ice and snow is about an inch thick and I I had no problem walking in the snow.

Save your money and get something better. They are comfortable, but look overly tactical and not professional. The leather is also thin and weak. After less than one year of wear, 12 hours a day, the flex points are cracking and it is scuffing easily. Hard to shine.
