Less than satisfied

Orderd five (5) of these shirts. Gall's shipped in a timely manner. Had to wait for patches from my Dept. Had all sewn on by seamstress (paid for out of pocket). Excited to finally wear new shirts to work. Put it on and felt there was something wrong. Couldn't immediately identify the issue. Went to work. Supervisor asked what was wrong with my shirt. That's when it became obvious. THE POCKETS ARE ABOUT 3 INCHES TOO LOW!!!!!!! Checked the other four shirts in the order...sure enough they are all too low as well. They are the height of handwarmer pockets. Got a hassle from the first customer service rep. Her supervisor said to send them back but I'm not holding my breath on a positive outcome. I understand they didn't sew the shirts but they sold them. I will post either way.
