If your looking for a light Sweat Shirt with a 1/4 zipper, this is your product. If your looking for a Professional Job Shirt, look elsewhere. Have numerous Job Shirts and this is nothing more than a Walmart Sweat Shirt with a Collar and zipper. Should have waited on the 5.11 Job shirt, but has been out of stock..And is never offered as a "sale item"..

Does the job and then some

I've been buying these for myself and our two station teams for several years; the crews like them and they hold up quite well given the regular wear. (My first one finally faded after several years, but only on the shoulders... so I bought two more to have extras on hand.)
