First off, this bag is perhaps the best I've purchased so far for emergency medical use. The construction is tough - no wimpy fabric or loose stitching. The only issue with the bag is that it's too small to use as a comprehensive jump kit on the ambulance. Even for the off duty EMT or paramedic, this bag may be too small. The pockets on the outside can barely hold a blood pressure cuff and stethoscope, and the color coded pouches are too small for most commercial first aid supplies. There's no way a BVM will fit, unless you remove all of the pouches on the inside. The bag is more suited for use as a specialty bag (burn, pediatric, airway, etc.) Overall, the bag is excellent and would be great for the newly certified EMR or EMT.
