Pretty good but..

This mag holder is decent. More easily accessible than those fully enclosed, obviously. Its nothing special but it gets the job done. The only complaint I have is that the screw in the middle gets loose. You should check it every once in a while so you don't lose it like I did.

poor design

Purchased one of these for use with Glock mags. When drawing the mags the material catches on the mag release slot. Does not allow a smooth draw of the mag. Not sure if this would happen with mags other than Glock.

Too tight even if you loosen the screw and double stack mags hang up on the sewn lip.

Extremely well made mag holster with great retention and the option of wearing vertical or horizontal. I will never use close top pouches again and love wearing this horizontal so gear on my vest doesn't interfere with a proper draw.
